Merge PDF

Combine several PDFs into one document, then drag the pages into any order, rotate them, or drop the ones you don't need — before you merge.

Good to know: pages are copied as they are, so image quality and selectable text stay exactly the same. Password-protected PDFs can't be merged.

1. Files

The order here decides which file's pages come first. Reordering files regroups the pages below by file.

2. Pages

Drag a page to move it, or use the arrows. Click a page to preview it full-size. Removed pages are left out of the merged file.

What this tool does?

This is a free, browser-based PDF merger. It combines several PDFs into one document and lets you reorder, rotate, or remove individual pages before merging — entirely on your own device, with nothing uploaded to a server.

How to merge PDF files?

  1. Add your PDFs — drop two or more files into the box above, or click to choose them. You can add more at any time.
  2. Order the files — use the up and down arrows to set which file comes first.
  3. Arrange the pages — drag pages into a new order, rotate them, or remove any you don't want.
  4. Merge and download — name the output file, click "Merge PDF", and save the combined document.

What carries over when you merge PDFs?

Pages are copied straight into the new file rather than re-rendered, which is why quality is unchanged. Here's what to expect:

Frequently asked questions

How do I merge PDF files into one?

Add your PDFs to the page, put the files in the order you want, optionally rearrange or remove individual pages, then click Merge PDF and download the result. It all happens in your browser, so nothing is uploaded.

Is this PDF merger free?

Yes. It's completely free, with no sign-up, no watermark, and no limit on how many times you use it.

Are my PDFs uploaded to a server?

No. Your files are read and combined directly in your browser, and never leave your device.

Can I choose which pages to include?

Yes. Every page from every file is shown as a thumbnail. Remove the pages you don't want, drag the rest into any order, and rotate any that need it before merging.

Does merging reduce quality or make text unselectable?

No. Pages are copied into the new document as they are, without re-rendering, so images keep their quality and text stays selectable and searchable.

Can I merge password-protected PDFs?

No. Password-protected PDFs can't be read by this tool. Remove the password in the app that created the file, then add it here.

Will bookmarks and form fields survive the merge?

Page content, images, links and rotation carry over. Bookmarks (the outline panel) are not kept, and interactive form fields may stop being fillable, so merge a flattened copy if you need them to look right.
