1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using ImagePDFConvert ("the site," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the site.
2. Description of service
ImagePDFConvert provides free, browser-based tools for resizing, compressing, converting, merging, and editing images and PDFs. Processing happens locally in your browser; files are not uploaded to or stored on our servers. We may add, change, or remove tools and features at any time without notice.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use ImagePDFConvert only for lawful purposes. You won't use the site to process, create, or distribute content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have the right to process. You also agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or overload the site's infrastructure.
4. Your files and content
You retain all rights to any files you process using our tools. Since processing happens in your browser and files are never transmitted to us, we have no access to, and make no claim over, your content.
5. No warranty
ImagePDFConvert is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that any tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly preserve the formatting, quality, or content of your files — particularly for conversions like PDF to Word, which extract text rather than replicate a document exactly. Always keep a backup of anything important before converting it.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImagePDFConvert and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its tools, including loss of data or files.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
